A few things couples ask most often. If yours isn’t here, message me directly – I’ll reply personally.
Send me a message through the form. I’ll reply with a short note on how we work together, and we’ll set up a 30-minute video call, so we both go in with the same expectations.
If it still feels right after the call, I send the contract, and once the deposit is paid your date is yours. I won’t hold it for anyone else.
Yes, 200 EUR of the package on signing. The remaining balance is due 14 days after the wedding. The deposit is non-refundable – it’s the commitment that lets me turn down other couples for your date, so I treat it as a serious agreement on both sides.
Alone. Tiny Herolds isn’t an agency – I shoot, edit, and talk to you directly. What you see in the portfolio is exactly what you get. No substitute, no second shooter you’ve never met.
I’m in contact with other wedding vendors who would step in if something catastrophic happened. It hasn’t happened yet, but your day is covered if it ever did.
Some of the most beautiful shots come from rain and fog. I take the atmosphere of the day as it comes, and I look for beauty in it rather than fighting it.
The package is built around roughly twelve hours, but most days we don’t watch the clock. I’m with you from getting ready through the first dances – what matters is that I don’t miss anything you’d want to remember. If you already know your day will run unusually long, tell me ahead of time and we’ll work it out. That’s exactly why the price is quoted as “from”.
The full film is delivered within 30 business days. You also get a vertical trailer within 48 hours, so you have something to send the people who couldn’t be there, while the day is still fresh.
I work only with licensed music (Musicbed, Artlist, Epidemic Sound), so you can share your film anywhere, forever, with no risk of copyright strikes on Instagram or YouTube.
I send the first version and we go through up to two rounds of revisions to get it exactly right. We can do the first revision as a shared video call – we watch the film together and I can see immediately what needs to change.
A few days before or after the wedding I interview each of you, separately. I ask a series of questions about each other, about your relationship, and about what this day means to you. Your answers, your voices, and your words then become the narration of the film instead of music. It’s the most personal layer a wedding film can have, and no soundtrack can replace it.
A 60-second cut I send you on your first wedding anniversary, exactly one year later. It’s a small gift and a reminder of what the day actually felt like, just as you’re starting to idealise it. It may end up being more emotional than the main film.
Yes, gladly. Travel within 100 km of Ostrava is free. For anywhere further, in the Czech Republic or abroad (Slovakia, Croatia, Italy, Poland – wherever your wedding is), travel is quoted individually. Send me your date and location and I’ll come back with a specific offer within 24 hours.
